Teller – Rarotonga, Cook Islands

About the role

ANZ is looking for a dedicated Teller to join its Rarotonga branch. You will be the front‑line contact for customers, handling their financial transactions while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fast, accurate cash and transaction services, reducing customer waiting times.
• Maintain organized workstations, keep essential forms and tools readily available.
• Handle general customer enquiries, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.
• Ensure the accuracy of all processed transactions and maintain cash inflow/outflow controls.
• Support sales initiatives by completing weekly activity plans and referring customers to the sales team.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with attention to detail.
• Good financial acumen and understanding of compliance requirements.
• Relationship‑management abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.
